She tells Life in the Overflow Magazine why she felt led to help essential workers. “One of my friends that’s a nurse put out a call on Facebook for cloth masks. She made it clear that the need was urgent. I texted her to ask if there were any requirements needed for the mask because I was going to try to help. She told me that they just needed something to cover their face. I did some research for the best cloth mask design elements for protection. Within an hour, I had a mask ready for her. I eventually made masks for her coworkers, then shared how I was helping on social media. That is when I saw the need was widespread so I stepped in and stepped up”.
As the world and our generations continue to adjust to living in alife during a pandemic, it’s comforting to know that small businesses and entrepreneurs have a products and services that are needed by people of all facets of life.
